Top Sixty Over Sixty has designed a four-week, online coaching program, especially for mid, late, and post-career individuals interested in joining a group of similar-aged, like-minded individuals.

You need only conduct a brief internet search to find an abundance of courses, workshops, books, podcasts, and even quizzes aimed at helping individuals find their purpose in life and work, regardless of their ages and stages in life. This program is different.

Grounded in the work of personal development leaders including Simon Sinek, Carol Dweck, Arthur Brooks, and current research on Breaking the Age Code and the New Map of Life, the group will:

  • Explore how they can become more engaged and purposeful in life and work,
  • Navigate the many transitions on the road ahead with enthusiasm, and
  • Be part of a vibrant, committed group of long-life learners.

Functional Creativity

You’re never too old to get creative and never too young to expand your imagination. Many people believe that creativity is a talent, something you are born with rather than a skill that can be learned and refined. Myths about what it means to be creative are dispelled and participants are given practical exercises that can be used to enhance lateral or divergent thinking.

Participants will learn how to:
