WORKSHOPS
Top Sixty facilitated workshops are focused on building the competencies of an entrepreneurial mindset. When these compentencies, such as coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk are strong, they reduce resistance to new ideas and allow for better communication and problem solving. Ageism is a social problem that thrives when communication and cooperation between ages is low. All workshops are based in research & best practice and use a design thinking approach to ensure engagement and inspiration.

ReSet
This strategic course provides insights and tools for intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs to help them maintain their career momentum. Using best practices from research in psychometrics, change management, design thinking and resilience training, participants will learn how to take initiative, spot opportunity and engage in creative problem-solving processes. ReSet provides a practical guide to bolstering strengths and enhancing the benefits of experience.

Functional Creativity
Many people believe that creativity is a talent, something you are born with rather than a skill that can be learned and refined. In this workshop, myths about what it means to be creative are dispelled and participants are given practical exercises that can be used to enhance lateral or divergent thinking. You’re never too old to get creative and never too young to expand your imagination.
Participants will learn how to:
- Understand the role of culture and environment in encouraging or stifling creativity.
- Develop a creative lens.
- Use daily exercises to help stay creative and get inspired.
- Brainstorm effectively as an individual or as a group.
- Practice the use of visuals to support idea development.
- Develop inspiration boards to brainstorm or to visualize a project.
Problem Solving, Building Better Solutions
Every problem is an opportunity for an innovative solution. In this workshop, participants will learn critical thinking skills that will allow them to assess, address and take action to solve problems. They will learn how to solve problems as a team or as an individual.

- Evaluate problems and identify methods to resolve them.
