Meetups: Meetups take place every third Tuesday of the month. They provide an introduction to a variety of topics ranging from ageing well to spotting opportunities. They frequently feature a guest speaker and the emphasis is always on having a good time. We meet and mingle, have fun with ice-breakers and there are always opportunities for collaboration.
Workshops: Workshops cover a range of topics which can be explored here. A workshop is offered to individuals once a month as either two or three hour programs. They can also be custom built for teams to run from two hours, three hours or full day sessions.

Meetup - Gratitude - October 16th 2018
Gratitude improves our resilience, optimism and self-esteem. Gratitude keeps us grounded in the present while amplifying positive emotions. There is growing evidence that through embracing gratitude as a daily part of our lives we increase our chances of being happy and successful.
Our meetup will delve into some of the research and provide practical exercises to build that grateful outlook.

Top 60 Over 60 hosted a meetup on May 3rd where we will explored different ways of problem solving. From Lean Six Sigma to Appreciative Inquiry, we discussed the various uses of different problem solving techniques. Embracing an entrepreneurial mindset means anticipating and managing evolving challenges.

In late March The Top 60 Over 60 helped participants unleash their creativity--- one of the fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity. Contrary to common belief, creativty is a skill that can be learned. In this interactive session, we showed participants how to tap into and practice their creativity to build better teams, communication and problem solving.

Mythbusting: Celebrating the truth about today’s 60+ workforce
On May 9th we gathered at City Hall to hear words of wisdom from workplace expert, Lisa Taylor. Lisa shared compelling insights and statistics on today's workforce and noted that we are in a revolutionary stage. These changes are promising to be as dramatic as those brought on by technology. The results promise to result in a more dynamic and intergenerational workforce. Longer lives mean legacy careers will be the new norm and boomers will blaze that trail into the future.
